4. Resource use
Hosting plans assume normal small-business usage levels. If your site consistently exceeds the resources of your plan, we will contact you to discuss upgrading. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend services that present a risk to other clients on shared infrastructure.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe a site we host is breaching this policy, please email ethan@arctanedigital.co.uk with the URL and details. We investigate every report.
6. Consequences
Breaching this policy may result in content being removed, the affected service being suspended, the account being terminated, and, for serious breaches, referral to law enforcement. Where breach is unintentional we will normally try to contact you first. Where it threatens other clients or our infrastructure we may act immediately.
7. Changes
We update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the date it was last updated.
